Standard Rental Fee, $20 for the 1 hr 45 min time limit.

NO MINIMUM SPEND REQUIRED​

• Due to space limitations, we enforce a strict maximum of 6 guests per igloo. Reservations exceeding this limit may be subject to cancellation.
• Reservations can be made for two-hour blocks.
• Guests can reschedule or cancel reservations 24 hours prior to their booking. Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited, and outside food or beverages are not allowed.

HOW WARM IS THE IGLOO?

Each of our igloos are fully enclosed and should stay warm and toasty. However, jackets and small blankets are welcome for personal comfort! If your party gets too warm, our staff can assist you by opening an igloo window. Bluetooth speakers are provided so that you can add your own music.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN RESERVATIONS?

If an igloo is not in use and there is sufficient time remaining in its time block, a walk-in reservation is permitted.

WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?

Marcy’s reserves the right to cancel seating in the igloo during inclement weather, at our discretion. Your prepaid rental fee will be refunded.

ARE OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES PERMITTED?

We do not permit outside food or beverages. If you are celebrating a special occasion and want to bring a small dessert, please call our office for additional information. Marcy’s is also able to prepare a special dessert with proper notice.

ARE DOGS PERMITTED?

Marcy’s is pet-friendly on our patio but not inside our igloos, except for certified service animals.

IS SMOKING/VAPING PERMITTED IN OUR IGLOOS?

No, smoking/vaping within 25 ft of the business is prohibited by law.
